#Photoshop cs6 mac install
If I try to update the program, it will not communicate with the server- I tried to download Camera Raw and install but still does not show up anywhere inside Photoshop. I have installed Photoshop yet have no Camera Raw. I fully realize that I could go all-Mac and do away with the files issue but not there yet- hence my question about running Photoshop CS6 on a Bootcamp Mac īootcamp MacbookPro(Retina) running Photoshop CS6 So, I decided to move Photoshop to the Bootcamp side of the Mac. It just became a hassle to move between the two systems and I found that I avoided using the Mac version of Photoshop. Also, the learning curve of the Mac (for me) is a little steep to understand what goes on "under the hood".
My problem at that point was basically the hassle of moving everything I wanted to work on or finished to and from the PC, where I store everything.
I set up the Mac and had all programs running ok.

I bought a Macbook Pro Retina (sweet and fast) last year with the idea of going "Mac" for portable use. I kind of expect a few replies basically saying "Why?!?" Why use a Macbook pro as a Windows machine? Short explanation- I have used PC for Photoshop for years- no problems.
